Allied Artists of West Virginia has been a very special project, one very dear to us. Being that they are a non-profit organization, this called for our super-duper low price without sacrificing quality. Fortunately the board member responsible for the new website was familiar enough with Joomla to help flesh out the content!
We knew that above all, a gallery would be all-important. We installed a Flash gallery with matching modules for showcasing each artist on their bio page. An events calendar was also installed to display all upcoming exhibitions, sales, opportunities, and meetings. Then, in order to keep all members informed and up-to-date, we setup an automated newsletter system. All they have to do is add new articles into pre-selected categories! The newsletter automatically fills in the custom-designed template and gets emailed out in pre-determined intervals. All this for... Well, let's just say they got a real bargain. We actively support the Arts and were all too happy to help get their online presence into the 21st century. Read what one the board members had to say about the new website we built for them... "I can't even begin to express how much we ALL love the new website. This new site will really help us stay organized. Nobody wanted to run the old site since it required too much work and knowledge of HTML (that very few of us had). So it would stay out of date most of the time which was quite embarassing. Now we can easily keep it fresh, showcase our members work, keep in touch with members and alert them of upcoming events. Since we volunteer our time to run the organization, you have saved us a ton of time and frustration!" Read the entire testimonial and others like it here. Services Rendered:
